In summer of 2020, during the continuation of the Covid Pandemic, my ex-wife and I listed our farm for sale with Christina. Our initial meeting with Christina at our home found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her job. My initial concern was that farms of our size would take much longer to sell then your more traditional properties. Over the next several months, Christina worked very closely with us in what appeared to be almost “insurmountable” odds of getting a sale to go through. Not only did she stick with us through the peaks and valleys of the listing, but got us MORE then the asking price for the property.
